NORTH HERTS DOG TRAINING CLUB
The 2024 AGM was held on Friday 23rd February

Our thanks go to Frank Harding, the Honorary President of the Club, for attending the AGM to present the prizes. Also to the Committee and Trainers (who are all Volunteers) for all the work they do running the Club, the Helpers, and all the Members.

This year the Club made donations to 5 Charities totalling £5,000


The first presentation was to Harriet who is leaving the Committee after a number of years


A gift as a thank you to the Club helpers who turn up every week to set up and put away and the stand in Trainers all have been so supportive


Awards for the best Gradings, most improved and great achievements

This year's donations were presented to or collected on behalf of the 5 Charities below

£500 Dogs for Good who make life-changing differences for people with disabilities through the power of expertly trained dogs.

and £500 Dogs Lost Reuniting Dogs with their Owners


£1,000 Blue Cross Kimpton Hertfordshire Rehoming Centre

£1,000 German Shepherd Dog Welfare Fund 

The Charity have been rescuing, caring for and rehoming this wonderful breed since 1975

£2,000 Drone to Home
Using drones and Volunteers, the Team help to Reunite Dogs with their owners
It was lovely to see Ron who has been a part of the Club since the 1960s

The evening finished with Refreshments and a Raffle
